How much of every S&P 500 company’s latest 10-Q or 10-K is new compared with the previous report, and what SECSift’s AI flagged in the filing. The list updates as companies file with the SEC.
In Q3 2026, 312 S&P 500 companies have filed their report for the quarter so far, and 189 haven’t. Of the 312, 7 filed a 10-K for a fiscal year that just ended. The median 10-Q is 6% new compared with the company’s previous 10-Q, and 14 are at least 20% new.
Each company’s newest 10-Q or 10-K is compared with the previous report of the same form, paragraph by paragraph, the way SECSift’s reader marks changes. "New" is the share of the report’s paragraphs with no match in the earlier report, so a reworded paragraph doesn’t count. "Compared With" is the period of that earlier report.
"Positive", "Notable", and "Negative" count the findings SECSift’s AI marked in the report, each with a quote from the filing. Select a row for the most important lines SECSift identified, with links to the exact sentences in the filing.
"Q3 Filed" lists the companies whose newest report covers their latest quarter. A company moves to "Q3 Not Filed Yet" once the following quarter has ended, until that quarter’s report is filed. The list covers the S&P 500 as of August 2026, less any ticker EDGAR no longer lists and any company with no earlier report to compare against.
